Bizagi Catalyst 2020

The global insurer digitized its UK claims assessment during COVID-19. The project was completed in just 6 weeks, entirely remotely, and saw 80% increased efficiency across administrative tasks within the first three months of use. 

To support the bank’s agile approach to working, their award-winning Business Process Automation Center of Excellence has helped to deploy 15 automated processes and created more than 50 reusable BPMN capabilities since their first Bizagi instance in 2019. 

The Workforce Opportunities and Residency Cayman Department is using Bizagi to support work permit applications over mobile SMS. They are reducing permit processing time from 2 months to just 5 days, increasing job opportunities while enhancing customer experience.
